Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is a popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu films, and also in a few of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award as Best Actress in 2018 for her portrayal of actress Savitri which was in the Telugu film Mahanati. Additionally, she was awarded an award from the Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is the actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her early career was as an actress for children. Later, after studying Fashion Design, she was back to acting. She portrayed her first lead role in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy began working in projects that weren't Malayalam in the year 2015. The actress also signed on to appear in numerous Tamil films at the same time. In 2015, she released A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite each other. The films did not do well in cinemas. In order to accommodate bigger projects due to her hectic schedule, she opted from a few films that she began to work on. The films included were Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romance) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In two of her films, she acted that came out in quick succession, with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor in Prabhu's Thodari. Though the release date for Janakitho Nenu is not yet confirmed, there is speculation that it could release sometime in September of 2020. Nenu Sailaja (2016), with Ram Pothineni as the actor was Keerthy's debut. Keerthy starred in Bairavaa directed by Bharathan and starring actor Vijay.
